Tropical Battery Secures US Trademark Approval, Expanding Reach Through Amazon Sales

Tropical Battery Company Limited is delighted to announce a significant milestone in our international expansion journey. The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has granted official trademark approvals, enabling us to sell our branded products directly on Amazon's US platform. This development represents a strategic step in bringing Tropical Battery's trusted and innovative products to a broader audience.
The approved trademarks (Reg. Nos. 7,568,824, 7,568,851, and 7,568,823) encompass key product categories, including solar panels, batteries, automotive oils, and coolants. These approvals, finalised on 19 November 2024, are a significant recognition of Tropical Battery's commitment to quality and excellence.
Although Tropical Battery established its Amazon account over a year ago, operations were intentionally delayed to meet the platform's rigorous standards, including obtaining these critical trademark approvals. This strategic preparation ensures a robust foundation for success as the company launches on the Amazon marketplace.
